Funky Sun Palm Cake With Fondant Rainbows
I created this ganache cake for my little girl’s 10th birthday. She asked for something in ‘rainbow colours’, but other than that I had free reign on the design.
I took the opportunity to use as many of our products as possible, including some of our current favourites and some new products!

Oil Based Food Colours
Our oil based colours were used to colour the ganache and fondant rainbows.
I used pink, yellow, purple and then mixed green and blue together to create the ‘tiffany’ shade.
